📌 Damaged or Defective Items
We know how disappointing it can be to receive an item that isn’t perfect. If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we’re here to make it right as quickly as possible. If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item by emailing us at thezovae@gmail.com with the following details:

- A brief description of the issue
- Photo evidence of the damage or defect
Once verified, we’ll be happy to provide a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund—whichever you prefer.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
Because our products are custom-printed specifically for you, not all items are eligible for return. We want to be upfront so you know what situations are not covered by our return policy.
